At Rasāyana Living, we are committed to providing clear and transparent policies to ensure a positive and professional experience for all our clients. This page outlines important terms and conditions regarding your purchase and engagement with our services.

Refund Policy for Services and Products:

Please review the terms below:

  1. Refund Request Approval

    • Refund requests must be submitted and approved.
    • No refund requests will be approved after 7 days from the initial purchase or booking date.

      Refunds requested within the 7-day period will not be granted if:
    • The customer has received the product or service as outlined on the respective product or service page.
    • A Health Assessment has been reviewed,  the client’s program has been initiated, an herbal protocol, diet plan, or other personalized plan has been sent to the client/customer.

  2. Processing Fees

    • Approved refunds (within the 7-day period) will be issued minus a 30% administration fee, plus any transaction processing fees incurred.

  3. Refund Methods
    Approved refunds will be issued in one of the following forms:

    • Refunded to the original form of payment.
    • Company credit.
    • Payment via Rasāyana Living Venmo.

Important Note:

  • No refunds will be provided for downloadable products, including eBooks, PDFs, and other digital materials.

Termination Of Services:

Fraudulent Chargebacks
By making any purchase towards a Rasāyana Living program, product, or service, you acknowledge that you are in agreement with the following. Initiating a chargeback with your credit or debit card company by falsely claiming a payment as fraudulent is a violation and demonstrates bad faith.

In the event of a fraudulent chargeback:

  1. Automatic Termination of Services: Your access to all services, programs, and resources will be immediately and permanently terminated.
  2. Legal Action: We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies, including filing a dispute with your credit card provider and seeking compensation for damages incurred.

If you are dissatisfied with a service or have concerns about your payment, we encourage open communication and request that you contact us directly to resolve the matter amicably.

Zero Tolerance Policy for Harassment, Threats, or Abuse
Rasāyana Living upholds a zero-tolerance policy for any acts of harassment, threats, violence, destruction, or abuse directed toward our team by clients or any parties associated with them. Such behavior is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of all services without a refund.

Refund Policy for Terminated Services
In cases where services are terminated for reasons not related to the above circumstances, clients may request a refund. However, Rasāyana Living reserves the right to review, approve, or deny such requests at our discretion based on the circumstances of the termination.

By purchasing any services or products from Rasāyana Living, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Inactivity and Reinstatement Policy:

  1. Non-Communication Policy
    After 14 days of non-communication between the client and Rasāyana Living, unless otherwise agreed upon (e.g., waiting for an appointment), services will be considered abandoned/inactive, and no refunds will be issued.

  2. Submission Deadlines
    The Health Assessment Form, Business Agreement Form, and Iridology Analysis Photos must be completed and submitted to Rasāyana Living within 21 days (3 weeks) of purchasing any program. Failure to meet this deadline will result in the transaction being deemed abandoned/inactive.

  3. Reinstatement Fee

    • A Reinstatement Fee of $299 USD per case will be required to reactivate an inactive/abandoned case.
    • If non-communication extends beyond an additional 30 days (after the initial 21-day period), the Reinstatement Fee increases to $399 USD per case.

This policy ensures that Rasāyana Living can prioritize clients experiencing chronic health conditions who urgently need support and are actively engaged in their healing journey.

Appointment Rescheduling and Attendance Policy:

I deeply value my clients and the time we dedicate to working together. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, I take our scheduled consultations very seriously, setting multiple reminders to be fully present for each session. Because of this, I kindly request the same level of commitment from my clients.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Notice Requirement: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment. Please make sure to mark your scheduled time in your calendar and set reminders to avoid conflicts.
  • One Complimentary Reschedule: I allow one free reschedule if requested at least 24 hours before your appointment. After this, a $30 reinstatement fee will be applied to reschedule your session.

Late Arrival Policy

  • Grace Period: A 10-minute grace period is provided if you are late to our first scheduled call.
  • Missed Appointment: If you exceed the 10-minute grace period, the reinstatement fee will apply, and we will need to reschedule your session.
